To ensure the suitability of every member of staff placed, all of our teaching and non-teaching staff are subject to rigorous checks. These checks include a face-to-face interview (currently conducted online via video due to the pandemic), verified 10-year employment history and overseas candidate police check, if necessary. Of course, all of our school staff are also required to have enhanced DBS certificates.
