This certification is a best practice quality standard and means that we go above and beyond the usual safeguarding standards. The accreditation is designed to help safeguard and improve outcomes for children and is recognised as a certified standard by the Crown Commercial Service (who we are also a supplier of).
To ensure the suitability of every member of staff placed, all of our teaching and non-teaching staff are subject to rigorous checks. These checks include a face-to-face interview (currently conducted online via video due to the pandemic), verified 10-year employment history and overseas candidate police check, if necessary. Of course, all of our school staff are also required to have enhanced DBS certificates.
In order to uphold this accredited we are audited every year. In our most recent APSCo Compliance+ audit in October 2020 we achieved 100% so, you can be certain that when you choose us as your supply teaching agency, you will only get the very best quality teaching and support staff.
