We are an education recruitment agency with a difference, who for over 10 years have been making school staff smile by providing them with an award-winning service and work that is local to them. We work alongside a variety of primary, secondary and SEN schools in both the East and West Midlands and take pride in supplying them with only the very best leadership, teaching and support staff that this country has to offer.
If anyone knows how to make recruitment fun, we do! We are a fun-loving and fast-paced teaching agency, who put its people first. We play hard and work even harder and when we aren’t out visiting one of the many schools we work with or meeting with amazing school staff, you’ll find us out supporting our community, doing our bit for charity or having some good old fashioned fun in our Birmingham and Cannock based offices.
We are proud to be an APSCo Compliance+ accredited education recruitment agency. Compliance+ is a thorough best practice quality standard for education and social work recruitment businesses which goes beyond the statutory safeguarding standards. To ensure that we uphold these practices, we are audited every year and are pleased to have achieved 99% in our most recent APSCo audit. Safeguarding is our number one priority and we would never place anyone into a classroom or school that we wouldn’t want teaching our own children. You can find out more about our registration process and what that means for you here.
For us, it’s about more than just recruitment. We see ourselves as an extension of not only the schools that we work with but the communities that we work within. Whether that involves supporting at university careers fair, school sports day or local fundraiser, you can count on us to be there to support you in whatever way we can. We also host our own events for both mainstream and SEN schools including our Smile Soccer Stars tournament which takes place termly. Throughout the year, we also do our fair share for charity and have run, hiked, baked and gotten Pretty Muddy doing so. Over the years we raised money for the likes of Smile for Joel, Alzheimer's Research UK and the Motor Neurone Disease Association.. Our charity of the year, this year, as nominated by our teaching and support staff is Acorns Children’s Hospice.
