Smile Education announces strategic partnership with Enquire Learning Trust to deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions across its academies.

Smile Education has secured a new Managed Service Provision (MSP) partnership with Enquire Learning Trust, further strengthening its work with multi-academy trusts across the UK and supporting the Trust’s academies their local areas.

Under this partnership, Smile Education will provide a fully managed, end-to-end recruitment service supporting temporary and contract staffing requirements across Enquire Learning Trust’s network of primary academies. The collaboration is designed to ensure schools have timely access to high-quality teaching staff, teaching assistants and support professionals, while streamlining recruitment processes to deliver consistency, efficiency and compliance.

Operating under a Master Vendor model, Smile Education will manage the recruitment supply chain on behalf of the Trust, providing access to a reliable pool of fully vetted education professionals. The service will be delivered in line with the Crown Commercial Service’s Lot 2 Framework, ensuring robust governance, safeguarding and adherence to public sector procurement standards.

As part of the Managed Service Provision, Smile Education will work collaboratively with existing supply agencies currently supporting Enquire Learning Trust schools. Through a structured onboarding approach, partner agencies will benefit from clear communication, consistent processes and a managed framework designed to improve outcomes for schools, agencies and candidates alike, while maintaining strong local relationships.

While Smile Education has an established presence in Manchester, the organisation also brings extensive experience and a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling managed services in new regions. This approach enables a consistent, high-quality and responsive service to be delivered across all Trust academies, supported by dedicated account management and robust operational systems.

Beyond recruitment, Smile Education will support Enquire Learning Trust’s wider objectives through engagement with school communities, contribution to marketing and employer brand activity, and involvement in initiatives such as careers insight sessions for pupils across the Trust.
