Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside a thriving primary school located in North Manchester. We are currently seeking a Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team from May 2024.

We are currently seeking a Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join this welcoming team from May 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be working within a Year 3 class, supporting the class teacher with whole class support, ensuring pupils are engaged and on track with lesson materials. There will also be elements of small group support and 1:1 work within the classroom to support key pupils.

This is a fantastic opportunity working with a welcoming team. The school is located within proximity to Newtown and Pemberton. The expected salary range for this role is between £80-100 per day, depending on experience.

We would like applicants to have experience working with children within an academic setting, such as within school or wrap around care setting.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

-        Hold a teaching assistant qualification such as Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools


-        Demonstrable and referenceable history of working with children


-        Dedicated to providing the best possible start for children by providing high standard of help and support within the classroom.
