Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their educational journey? Smile Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Oldbury on a short-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to the success and well-being of primary school students.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
  • Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their confidence and engagement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required by the teaching staff.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).
