Early Years Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term) – Bromsgrove Area

Smile Education are proud to be working with one of our fantastic partner primary schools near Bromsgrove, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate and nurturing individual who thrives in a lively, hands-on learning environment. The role will be primarily within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting a class of energetic and enthusiastic learners — and may also include 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.

About the Role
  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Working within an Early Years classroom setting
  • Supporting individual and small group learning
  • Providing 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
  • Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development among children
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Qualified in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum)
  • Experienced or confident working with Autism and ADHD
  • Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about early learning
  • A great communicator and team player
  • Reliable and committed to long-term, full-time work
  • Experience within EYFS is essential, and previous 1:1 experience would be a real advantage.
