Smile Education is currently recruiting qualified Early Years Practitioners and experienced Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools and early years settings across the Black Country, including Stourbridge, Dudley, Halesowen, and Wolverhampton.
We are looking for dedicated, adaptable staff who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a variety of classroom settings.
The Role: We offer flexible opportunities including day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements. Roles may include:
- Supporting within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) settings
- Assisting in Key Stage 1 and 2 classrooms
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Leading small group interventions
- General classroom support and supervision
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2/3) or experienced Teaching Assistants
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils in their education
- Confidence working in a range of classroom environments
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and classroom expectations
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Smile)
