Key Responsibilities:- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across Years 1 to 4.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized support for pupils with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular programs and initiatives that promote student well-being and development.
