Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from
September 2026.

The Role
As a
Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions to help pupils reach their full potential.
- Work closely with class teachers to prepare engaging learning activities and classroom resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil confidence and independence.
- Provide tailored support for children with additional learning or SEND needs where required.
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 6 months' experience working within a UK primary school.
- Experience supporting children across the primary age range.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.
- Confidence adapting to the individual needs of pupils.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Ability to provide a full two years of employment and/or education references, including at least one reference relating to working with children.
- References should be available during pre-screening or registration to support a smooth compliance process.
- Right to work in the UK.
