The Role – Teaching Assistant
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

Work across EYFS to KS2, supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Provide tailored support to pupils, including 1:1 and small group interventions
Help children with additional learning needs access the curriculum
Support the class teacher with classroom management and daily routines
Build strong relationships with students and staff, promoting a positive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in education or a related field
Experience in an education setting is desirable, but not essential
A compassionate, proactive, and engaging approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their learning journey
