Location: M5, Manchester
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £83.40 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time

“Pupils enjoy their learning and feel safe. Staff know the children well and help them succeed from the very start of their education.” About the Role:As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children in Nursery and Reception as they settle into school life
- Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions, particularly for children with additional or special educational needs
- Assist the class teacher and SENCO with targeted interventions and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Promote independence, confidence, and social skills
- Support with personal care and help pupils transition smoothly throughout the day
- Contribute to observation, assessment, and planning processes
We’re Looking For Someone Who:- Has experience working with children in EYFS or similar early years settings
- Brings a calm, positive, and flexible approach to supporting young learners
- Has confidence supporting children with SEND (including speech & language, autism, or developmental delay)
- Holds a relevant qualification in education, childcare, or health & social care (desirable)
- Has a full enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply for one)
