The school is currently recruiting for a brand-new SEN Resource Base opening in September. This provision will support pupils with a range of special educational needs and provide a nurturing environment tailored to individual learning and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils with SEN on both a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and additional learning needs
  • Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupil progress
  • Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting pupils with both academic and social development
Requirements:
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Previous SEN experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and additional needs
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Available to start in September
  • Able to provide references
This role is subject to safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references, in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines.
