We are seeking a committed and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 child with additional needs in a primary school in Alcester or the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for someone passionate about making a real difference in a child's educational journey.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support, helping the child access learning, build confidence, and develop both academically and socially. You will implement specific strategies to meet the child's individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and provide a consistent, nurturing presence throughout the school day.
