SEN Hub Teaching Assistant – WS3 Primary School

Smile Education are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated SEN HUB Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school based in the WS3 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within a specialist hub environment.

About the Role As the school’s SEN hub TA, you will:
  • Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
  • Assist with personalised learning plans and one‑to‑one or small‑group support
  • Help create a calm, nurturing and structured learning space
  • Work closely with the SENCO, teachers and wider inclusion team
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional and communication development
  • Use strategies to promote independence and positive behaviours
This role would suit someone who is compassionate, adaptable and confident working within a specialist provision.
