Teaching Assistant – KS3 Provision

Redditch | Immediate Start | Potential Long-Term / Permanent Opportunity

Smile Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Bordesley MAT for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join one of their welcoming middle schools in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils within the KS3 provision, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role
  • Supporting students across KS3, both in class and with small group/1:1 work
  • Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
  • Helping to foster positive relationships and encourage engagement in learning
  • Providing additional pastoral and behavioural support where required
