The Role Smile Education are supporting a welcoming primary school in Worcester who are looking for a Part-Time Teaching Assistant (TA). You will be working 1:1 with a Year 2 boy, helping him with concentration, confidence, and classroom engagement.
This is a long-term position, working mornings only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil
  • Encourage confidence and concentration in learning
  • Work alongside the class teacher to adapt activities
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment
About You We’re looking for a candidate who:
  • Has previous experience supporting children in KS1 (desirable)
  • Is patient, nurturing and adaptable
  • Communicates effectively with staff and pupils
  • Holds a valid DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply)
