Smile Education is currently recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:3 basis supporting three SEN pupils within a welcoming Primary School in Bilston.
This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a classroom setting.

The Role:
  • Providing tailored 1:3 support to three pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional development
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support strategies
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management where required
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working with SEN children, ideally in a primary setting
  • Is patient, nurturing, and adaptable
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
