Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs in their early year’s development?

Smile Education are seeking a dedicated part-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team at a West Bromwich Primary School.

This part-time role (Thursday/Friday) involves providing 1:1 support to an Early Years pupil inside and outside of the classroom, working hours will be 8.30am-3.30pm.

About the Role:

-        SEN Teaching Assistant – Early Years
-        Part time (Thursday/Friday)
-        Working hours 8.30-3.30pm
-        Support the pupil’s learning and social development
-        Assist in creating and adapting resources to meet the needs of the pupil
-        Hole a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
-        Demonstrate excellent communication skills
-        Work in partnership with Class Teacher and Early Years Lead


The successful candidate will be going an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school, with excellent learning provisions available. The Leadership Team have worked hard to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.
