SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1

This is a full-time role, available for an immediate start, and requires a resilient and compassionate individual with strong behaviour management skills and a genuine dedication to supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
The Role:
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a child with complex behavioural and learning needs
- Help implement tailored strategies to support emotional regulation and access to learning
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external support services
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports progress
- Experience supporting children with significant SEN and behavioural challenges
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with pupils and colleagues
- Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, Team Teach) are advantageous but not essential
- Personalised support from a dedicated education consultant
