Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them achieve their potential?
We are looking for experienced, caring and reliable SEN Specialists to work within primary schools across Bloxwich and the surrounding areas.

As an SEN Specialist, you will provide tailored support based on the individual needs of each pupil. You may work on a 1:1 basis, with small groups or alongside teaching staff in the classroom.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group SEN support
• Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and classroom activities
• Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs and other additional needs
• Supporting emotional regulation, social development and positive behaviour
• Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement
• Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Supporting children during transitions and challenging situations
• Adapting activities and learning approaches to meet individual needs
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other school professionals
• Following individual learning, support and behaviour plans
• Monitoring pupil engagement and contributing to progress
• Maintaining a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment

We are looking for candidates who genuinely care about supporting children and have a positive, patient and consistent approach.
Previous experience within SEN, primary education, teaching assistance, childcare or a similar support setting is highly desirable.
