Smile Education are working with a warm and friendly Primary School in South Birmingham are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

The position is for the rest of the academic year and will be full time, 5 days per week and will start immediately. Due to the nature of the role, you must be committed, punctual and reliable. The school is very warm and welcoming and often take agency staff on permanent.

The school are looking to recruit someone who has experience working with children who have complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties, associated communication and language difficulties and challenging behaviours.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
  • Level 3 in childcare or equivalent to.
  • Experience of working with children who have SEN
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Engaging, positive and reliable.
  • DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
