Enquire Learning Trust (ELT). We are seeking compassionate and dedicated
SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them thrive both academically and personally.

The Role As an
SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets where appropriate.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Support behaviour management using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (school-based or transferable experience).
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Minimum 6 months' UK experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare or support setting.
- Patient, caring and resilient with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, flexible and child-centred approach.
Requirements- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Ability to provide two years of employment and/or education references, including one relating to working with children. Providing referee details during your pre-screen or registration will help ensure a smooth compliance process and the quickest possible clearance.
- Right to work in the UK.

Registrations are arranged as soon as your application form and supporting documentation have been completed, helping us clear candidates for work as quickly as possible.
