SEN Learning Support Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a Primary School in CV4.
As an SEN LSA, you’ll be supporting primary school pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), both in the classroom and in small-group or one-to-one settings. These roles are ideal for individuals who are patient, empathetic and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience supporting children with SEN, whether in schools, childcare or youth settings, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • A calm, positive and adaptable approach to learning support.
  • Flexibility to work across EYFS, KS1or KS2 age groups.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
  • SEN training, Team Teach or similar experience is desirable but not essential.
