We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who are committed to helping children thrive academically, socially and emotionally while supporting teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
The RoleAs a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to raise attainment.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Support children with SEND, adapting learning where required.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil independence.
Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily classroom activities.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and school staff.

About YouWe're looking for someone who has:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience within a primary school.
Experience supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND (desirable).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Strong behaviour management skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

RequirementsTo be considered, you must:

Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Have at least 6 months' UK classroom experience.
Be able to provide two years of professional references.
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education.
Have the Right to Work in the UK (please note that sponsorship is not available).
