What you’ll be doing:

Supporting little learners in their early development
Helping with class routines, learning through play & outdoor activities
Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost engagement and confidence

What they’re looking for:

A male teaching assistant role model to support balanced representation in EYFS
Friendly, patient and great with young children
Previous TA or nursery experience is a bonus, but not essential
