About the Role
Smile Education is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive Key Stage 1 team in a vibrant local primary school in Leamore, Walsall. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.
What you’ll do:
- Support teaching and learning in KS1 classrooms
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost progress
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience in a KS1 setting
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
