About the Role
Smile Education is seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 2 pupils in a welcoming and inclusive local primary school in Willenhall, Wolverhampton, WV1. This role offers the chance to help children achieve their full potential in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Encourage positive behaviour and active participation
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience in a KS2 setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
