Smile Education is recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bradley Green, with easy access from Hyde, Denton, Dukinfield, Ashton-under-Lyne, Stalybridge, Gee Cross, Mottram, Broadbottom and Glossop.

This is a full-time, one-term opportunity supporting a Year 6 class from September 2026. The school is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant who can make an immediate impact while they complete a permanent recruitment process.

Staff work collaboratively to provide engaging learning experiences and create a positive environment where pupils feel supported, challenged and encouraged to succeed.

The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teaching and learning within a Year 6 classroom.
Confidently cover lessons when required.
Support pupils with additional needs, including ADHD.
Assist pupils in preparing for Year 6 SATs.
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning.
Help create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience working in UK primary schools.
Confidence leading a class when required.
Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ADHD.
Knowledge of Year 6 and SATs preparation.
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
A positive, proactive and reliable approach.
