Smile Education is looking for experienced Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic network of primary schools across Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees and North Yorkshire.

The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning.
- Help create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Assist with lunchtime and playground duties where required.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
- Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants.
- Recent UK school experience is essential.
- A positive, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for supporting children of all abilities.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Two recent, contactable UK school references.
- Right to work in the UK.
- £95–£110 per day, depending on experience.
- Weekly pay.
- Flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles.

- Friendly, dedicated support from your Smile Education consultant.
- A £200 referral bonus for recommending a teacher and £100 for recommending a Teaching Assistant (terms and conditions apply).
