What You'll Do:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Help students overcome barriers to learning
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs & pastoral teams
- Support behaviour, engagement, and personal development
- Experience working with young people (school/mentoring/youth work)
- Confident communicator & positive role model
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
