Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new role for the beginning of the January term?

Smile Education are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within a Year 4 class, in a well-known Walsall Primary School.

This full-time role will involve working within a Year 4 class, providing support with maths and literacy lessons for children of varying abilities. The role will involve providing general support throughout the school day, as well as running extra booster sessions for children needing extra support within the classroom.

This role will see you work within a large and supportive Key Stage 2 team, to support a large year group within all lessons. This role is perfect for somebody looking to gain more experience supporting children within Key Stage 2, whilst still being part of a well-supported team.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
  • A level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning or other related course.
  • Previous experience of working with Key Stage 2 is desirable, but not essential.
  • Confidence within the classroom, with the ability to work to work alongside a supportive team of staff.
