Intervention Teaching assistant required for a primary school in Sutton Coldfield.

Role Overview:
As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students to provide targeted support in key subjects such as Phonics, Reading, and Maths. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting subject-focused and age-appropriate intervention sessions.
  • Collaborating with class teachers and year group leads to monitor and assess children's progress.
  • Providing feedback on students' performance to support their learning journey.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Minimum Level 2 relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a preference for intervention experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
