This is a full-time role where you'll have the chance to make a real difference, including providing targeted one-to-one support for a child with SEN while helping the wider class thrive.

What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working within EYFS and Year 1 settings.
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
- Confidence delivering both small group interventions and one-to-one support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Proven school-based experience supported by strong references.
- Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 1 classroom.
- Providing dedicated one-to-one support for a child with SEN.
- Assisting with interventions to support academic and social development.
- Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils receive the support they need to succeed.
- A dedicated consultant who takes the time to understand your career goals.
- Ongoing support throughout your placement.
