Smile Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at a primary school in Bilston. This part-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and education of young learners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the needs of EYFS students.
  • Assist in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment conducive to the social, emotional, and academic development of children.
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group activities to reinforce learning objectives and promote individual progress.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to education.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in an UK educational setting, particularly within EYFS.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in childcare or education.
  • A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • 24 months worth of references including 1 reference when you have worked with children in the UK
  • Valid right to work in the UK documents
