Location: M5, Salford, Manchester
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £83.40 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time
About the Role:- Support children in Nursery and Reception as they settle into the school environment
- Deliver 1:1 and small group learning sessions, especially for pupils with additional or special educational needs
- Assist the class teacher and SENCO in implementing targeted support and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment for all pupils
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
- Help with personal care routines and classroom transitions
- Track and record pupil progress, contributing to planning and observations
What We’re Looking For:- Experience working with children in EYFS or early childhood settings
- A calm, positive, and flexible approach to supporting young children
- Confidence supporting children with SEND (including speech & language, autism, or developmental delay)
- Relevant qualification in education, childcare, or health & social care is desirable
- A full enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education)
