Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to inspire young learners at the very beginning of their educational journey?

The RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
  • Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where children feel happy, valued and confident.
  • Deliver creative, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
  • Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teachers and colleagues to provide the highest standard of care and education.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider school community.
  • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or an equivalent recognised UK qualification).
  • Previous experience working within an EYFS setting in the UK.
  • A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping young children flourish.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
  • Ability to provide two years of employment and/or education references. To ensure a smooth compliance process, references should ideally be provided during pre-screening or registration.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
Registration & ComplianceSuccessful applicants will be required to complete a registration with Smile Education to ensure all safeguarding and compliance requirements have been met before starting work.
