The RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where children feel happy, valued and confident.
Deliver creative, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
Work closely with teachers and colleagues to provide the highest standard of care and education.
Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider school community.
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or an equivalent recognised UK qualification).
Previous experience working within an EYFS setting in the UK.
A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping young children flourish.

Requirements

Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
Ability to provide two years of employment and/or education references. To ensure a smooth compliance process, references should ideally be provided during pre-screening or registration.
Right to work in the UK.
