Smile Education is working in partnership with a wide range of schools across Redditch to recruit support staff and classroom leaders for the new academic year starting September 2025. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Opportunities Available:
- Teaching Assistants (TA / SEN TA / 1:1 Support)
- Cover Supervisors (ideal for graduates or aspiring teachers)
- Unqualified Teachers with classroom experience
- Tutors and Lecturers with subject specialism (KS3/KS4)
