Are you a qualified enthusiastic teacher? Are you looking for flexible hours?

If you are, Smile Education are currently working with various primary schools who are looking for supply teachers to work various hours including ad hoc, short-term and long-term assignments.

We are currently seeking flexible, reliable and qualified teachers to join our successful and expanding team of Supply Teachers. We work in partnership with several Good or Outstanding primary schools in the Stoke area who are seeking regular Supply Teachers for all year groups.

This type of role is perfect for teachers with other commitments seeking ad-hoc work to suit their schedule, and for those who are seeking long-term roles. With Smile you are assigned to an individual consultant who will get to know you personally and work on your behalf to find you the most suitable position.

Desired qualities for this role are:

• Relevant teaching qualifications
• Enthusiastic and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport
• Flexible
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to skilfully differentiate to meet the students’ individual needs
• Have core knowledge of all KS1/2 subjects
• Able to plan and deliver a lesson plan
