Are you a passionate Sports or Dance Coach looking to take your skills into schools? Do you thrive on energy, creativity, and inspiring young people to get involved and stay active?
Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established multi-academy trust across Smethwick and West Bromwich, offering exciting opportunities for Sports and Dance Coaches to work across a number of their secondary schools.
The Role This is a varied and rewarding position where you will:
- Support and deliver PE, sport, and dance sessions across KS3 and KS4
- Lead engaging activities, games, and movement-based lessons
- Step into classroom-based cover when required (full support provided)
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence in students
- Act as a positive role model across multiple school settings
Working across a trust gives you the opportunity to gain experience in different environments while building consistency and relationships within a network of schools.

- Experience in sports coaching, dance, or a related field
- Experience working with young people (schools, clubs, or similar)
