Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with a mixture of SEND needs in both group and one-to-one settings
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities
- Lead small group interventions under the direction of teaching staff
- Provide one-to-one support where required
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Recent and relevant experience working with children with SEND
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or SEN support
- A proactive, patient, and flexible approach
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new one
