Teaching Assistant – All Through SEN School (Ages 3–19) Location: CV37
Pay: £95 – £115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday – Long-term opportunity

Smile Education is proud to be supporting a fantastic all-through school in CV37 catering for pupils aged 3–19. The school supports both primary and secondary learners with additional needs and is seeking a bubbly, resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

Due to the school’s location and lack of public transport links, a driver with access to a vehicle is highly desirable.

The Role

• Provide classroom support across primary and secondary phases
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs
• Assist with adapting resources and lesson materials
• Encourage engagement, participation and confidence
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
• Maintain safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times

• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Experience working with children or young people (preferred)

• Driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirable
