We have a fantastic opportunity for a Special Needs Support Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school setting in the Bilston area!
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic, and committed individual to support students aged 4 to 16 years with a range of additional needs, including:
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
  • ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
  • ADHD
  • MLD & PMLD (Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties)
  • Challenging Behaviour
This is a busy and rewarding setting, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and truly wants to help students achieve their full potential.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs
  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Children or Education (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a school, SEN, or children’s residential care setting
  • A bubbly, approachable, and supportive attitude
  • Willingness to work as part of a committed, caring team
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through us
