Smile Education is working in partnership with a supportive and welcoming primary school in the WS8 area. We are looking to recruit a dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil starting in September.
This is a full-time, long-term position. The pupil requires additional support with communication, cognition, and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support in and out of the classroom
  • Help the pupil access learning activities and adapt resources as needed
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
  • Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children with additional learning needs (desirable)
  • Patient, caring, and supportive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Committed to helping children reach their potential
