SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 Support to students with a variety of SEND needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create an inclusive and nurturing environment
- Adapting individual learning plans to support the needs of the pupil
- Monitoring and recording pupil achievements
- Liaising with wider staff team to ensure a holistic, consistent and nurturing approach
- Part time / Full time opportunities
- Term time only
- Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification
- Ability to work on a short notice
- Confident in working independently
- Prior experience of supporting SEN children and young people
- Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years
- Hold an enhanced DBS Certificate or be willing to apply for a new one through Smile Education
