Do you want a role where every day truly matters? We are looking for a kind, committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a caring and inclusive academy community.

This role offers the opportunity to work 1:1 with students as well as within a well-established SEN Hub, supporting young people with a range of additional needs to feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
✨ No two days are the same, and no two journeys are either. Whether you are an experienced SEN professional, a teaching assistant looking to develop your skills, or someone new to education with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people, we would love to hear from you.
Your role will include:
  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual student needs
  • Supporting learning and wellbeing within the SEN Hub
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams
  • Helping to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment

  • Have any level of experience working with children or young people — or are keen to learn
  • Are patient, empathetic and motivated to make a difference
  • Can build positive relationships and adapt to individual needs
