SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time (Primary / KS1 & KS2) Location: B14
Pay: £120–£160 per day (based on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday, until the end of the academic year

SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with SEN pupils, supporting both academic progress and personal development in a safe, structured environment.
The Role- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and other additional needs
- Assist in delivering personalized learning programs in line with EHCPs and IEPs
- Support the classroom teacher in creating a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Implement differentiated activities to meet individual learning needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
- Support behavior management and promote a positive classroom culture
- Assist with assessment, tracking, and reporting of pupil progress
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multi-agency planning when required

Requirements- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (minimum 3 months)
- Experience working with Autism (desirable but advantageous)
- Professional, caring, and reliable
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply through Smile Education
- Commitment to full-time work for the remainder of the academic year
