About the School:
The school supports pupils aged 2.5 to 25 with a diverse range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including:
- Moderate, severe, and profound learning difficulties
- Autism and associated communication challenges
- Complex medical conditions and physical/mobility difficulties
- Behavioural needs related to medical or neurodevelopmental conditions
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant Level 2 or higher qualification (education or youth-related)
- Recent experience (within the past 12 months) in a similar SEND support role
- Confident supporting students independently and in small groups
- A flexible and proactive approach to working across various needs and age groups
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and inclusive education
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Smile Education
