Smile Education are working with nurturing primary settings across Staffordshire who are seeking dedicated SEN Specialists to support children with diverse additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and Speech & Language needs.

You’ll work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and inclusion leads to deliver tailored support that enables pupils to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll be great for this role if you:
  • Have experience in SEN support (school or care settings welcomed)
