RequirementsFor SEN Teachers
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
For Teaching Assistants and SEN Professionals
- Previous experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable adults
- Experience in education, care, youth work, residential care or support work is welcomed
- A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
All Applicants Must Have
- A passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Two professional references covering the last two years
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
