Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Support/Care Worker looking for a fresh and rewarding opportunity in a supportive school environment?

This highly regarded SEN school in East Cheshire is looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team immediately. The school specialises in supporting students with a range of complex needs and is committed to staff development and training.

SEN Learning Support Assistant – Role Overview In this role, you will:

Support pupils with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
Provide 1:1, small group, and classroom-based support
Deliver personal care where required
Work alongside a team of experienced SEN professionals and teaching staff
Participate in ongoing CPD and internal training to develop your skillset

Requirements – SEN Learning Support Assistant We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in SEN or care settings (e.g. schools, care homes, residential support)
Qualified with a Teaching Assistant / SEN certificate or educated to degree level (preferred)
Calm, compassionate, and highly proactive
Able to work effectively both independently and in a team
Comfortable with personal care duties
